We do not ask for advance payments: payment is made only on the day of arrival, at check-in.
The booking can be cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date with no penalty.
In cases of force majeure, such as illness or other documentable unforeseen events, we will assess the situation with the greatest possible flexibility.

Residence Alba d'Oro is the right place for a calm, restful holiday.
To keep the atmosphere quiet and pleasant, the property is intended mainly for families and couples, so that every guest can enjoy a comfortable stay that respects everyone else's rest.
The building has a lift and modern, practical one-bedroom apartments, all identical, of about 40 m², suitable for up to 4 people, with no distinction between adults and infants.
Each apartment includes
- Fully equipped kitchen with crockery, pots and pans, a 4-burner hob and a fridge-freezer.
- Furnished terrace with table and chairs, for lunch and dinner outdoors.
- Bathroom with a window and a shower.
- Bedroom with new mattresses, a double bed, a bunk bed and a second terrace.
- Carbon monoxide and gas detectors for the highest level of safety.

Services not included in the price
- Air conditioning In June, July and August, 28 kWh per week are included. For stays of fewer than 7 days the included amount is calculated in proportion to the length of the stay; for stays longer than one week the included kWh increase in proportion. Any excess consumption is charged at €0.50 per kWh.
- Final cleaning Guests may do the final clean themselves at no charge. Alternatively, a final-cleaning service is available for €40.00.
- Washing machine 30 minutes: €2.00. 1 hour: €3.00.
- Towels We recommend bringing your own. On request, rental is available at €8.00 per person per change.
- Tourist tax €1.80 per day for each guest over 10 years of age, up to a maximum of 10 nights.
Jesolo: an award-winning sea and services for the whole family
For many years the town of Jesolo has received important awards:
- Blue Flag.
- Green Flag, given to beaches recommended by paediatricians.
- Yellow Flag, for places well suited to people who love cycling.
The residence is in a central but very quiet area of Lido di Jesolo, with plenty of services: shops, restaurants, lounge bars, ice-cream parlours, amusement arcades, tennis courts, small carousels and inflatables for children, a beach with entertainment, a playground, and a pedestrian area for an evening stroll.
The bus stop is only 50 metres away.
In about 20 minutes by car you reach Punta Sabbioni, where you can board an ACTV boat for Venice and the lagoon islands:
- Line 14 to Venice – Piazza San Marco.
- Line 12 to Murano, Burano and the northern lagoon.
House rules
Pets are not allowed, not even small ones.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 18:00. For arrivals scheduled between 18:00 and 22:00 a supplement of €30.00 is required. After 22:00 check-in is not possible; it resumes the next day from 8:00.
